My family and I have a great experience to desaru trip. The arrangement was made through calls with seamless process. They helped me to arrange for accommodations and we have nice stay in hard rock hotel. Also, Mrs Tan, the driver gave us recommendations on foods too.

Mrs Tan is reliable, punctual and friendly too. My parents are happy during the trip and they keep mentioning on her. The owner, Mr Lee called me before picking us and brief us in details too. It is world class standard!

My first time using this service and it was worth the money spent. I have a 6yo with me with luggage and big backpack. Even helped us with my luggage. From booking to confirmation, i was well informed and communicated. On time pick up and smooth driving. Asked if we minded going a certain way before we proceed. Vehicle was clean and comfortable with no smell (great for us as one of us had sensitivity with smells, air freshener or smoke). Driver was dressed in pants and polo tee and well groomed. Music was in the background and non intrusive. Great ride and will definitely rebook.

Very good service. Driver/van is early on the agreed time of pickup. The driver’s driving skill is good, our family had a safe trip back and forth.
