Absolutely great fitness centre for most people who are trying to get in shape. The walk in price is Rm10 but there are various distinctive monthly membership packages as well as entrance coupon available for returning customers to get better price. Overall, the equipments would be enough for normal workout sessions. There are also trainer available upon request and booking. The owner is friendly too. Overall, this is a great place for most people to work out.

Great gym. Price for walk in is Rm10. This gym have plenty of workout space. With seperated space for male and females, there are many equipments and machines for variety of exercises. The receptionist is very polite and friendly too. The cleanliness and tidiness are good. However, there might be some missing machines if you're looking for a specific machine for specific exercise. Overall, a decent gym for a good workout session in batu pahat.

The gym owner/trainer is available on appointment. Guides on how to use the gym equipment are available on the machines and also trainer provides training with membership applications. RM10 per entry the last time I checked. Coupon of RM90 for 12 entries and with purchase of 3 coupons you could get 2 free training session with free gym membership registration. Regular membership registration is RM50. There is another package of 3 + 1 month for RM270 which includes free membership and also 2 free training sessions

Cheating ah .. when I first wanted to make a membership, my uncle told me to pay only RM50 a month.. he told me it didn't finish.. when I paid RM50, he called other people to pay RM140.. he said he taught me twice a month, but he only taught me once.. and the coach is the type to do your own thing.. at the gym, he doesn't scold you for doing your own thing.. he doesn't even look at it..

The best gym center so far. With coaching without extra charges, special courses available for different people with different lifestyle. Now the coach/boss got one more keep fit course for those outside eater. Will be able to reduce the weight while maintaining the muscle. No Pain, No Gain!
