The worst hotel I have been stayed in my life as the bed is so dusty as it was not been cleaned for year and the worst part is upon check in went inside toilet and saw full of hair inside the bathroom means they didn’t clean well after the previous check out. One last bad experience was TV remote was not given and after checking with reception staff so easily she told “ tv sini banyak rosak, sebab org masuk hotel bukan tengok tv pun”. I feel like shouting OMG stayed here.

One of uncle told me the Malay staff going to work partimer at outside.
So I waiting him start from 1am-2am..1hours I wait him...end up no come so I go another hotel to stay.
Management pls refund money to me Rm120 per night .

the dirtiest room ever. bed sheets got hairs and small white spots (seems like spxrm). the hallway smells good but just the bed is bad. reception guy is polite.

Booked a standard queen room last minute as my partner and I arrived JB quite late so we decided to stay overnight.
Arrived at the hotel and noticed the sofas/seatings at the reception are very dusty, as if they haven't been cleaned for years.
Had to wait a bit for our room to be ready. No lift so the only route to access the first floor is the stairs. On the way to our room, we saw there were many worn out/used/old items scattered on the balcony, luckily not obstructing the walkways.
Upon opening the door, the room smells musty, looks old and very poorly maintained. Paint on the wall chipping off, floorings peeling off. The bathroom ceiling is mouldy and the clothes rack is rusty.
Room cleanliness is horrible - dusty surfaces, strands of hair found on the pillow when none of us has lied on the bed. The drain hole in the bathroom is dirty too, saw some dirt but did not enter the bathroom to see exactly what it was (don't wanna know either). Decided it's best to leave just after checking in about 15 mins, than to risk ourselves getting bed bug/dust mite bites or any kind of infection.
Only good thing is location wise, it's not far JB customs (abt 10 mins drive), and there are eateries and massage parlor nearby.

Room full of smoke smell, not well maintained. Toilet is in average or poor condition. Will recommend to change another hotel to stay.
Positive is they still provide toiletries and free mineral water.

Prons: near KSL mall, nearby shops and massage/spa. They serve VERY simple breakfast. Aircon works well. I like the bed like Japanese style on the floor, no bed frame. Has jacuzzi, spacious toilet.

Cons: Expensive for the price they are asking per night. Room has no ventilation, smells smoke, no cupboard, hair dryer or fridge. Wifi sucks! Pillows and blanket smells like dust. Low maintenance in the toilet especially the overall cleanliness.

1.i walk in during 14-15 may 2022(night time)Not clean enough inside the room , moles are.found every corner, TV channels limited up to 3 channel, moles found in the air conditioning blower , dirt found at corner sofa inside room. Crack and painting buble found on the.wall inside room.|2. You need to climb stairs case to reach your room. |3. Staff is super friendly and helpful.|4. Got snacks display for sell in reasonable price.|5. Breakfast (nasi lemak provided and coffee and tea).|6. Bathroom amenities available upon request.
