Didn't have a good experience with this travel agency. Booked a package deal for Taman negara 4d/3n inner jungle from Kuala Lumpur. For the price they ask you would expect a better quality then what you get...

It's better to only book the transport + activity with nks and book your own hotel stay via booking.com. You end up saving some money and getting a better quality hotel for your money. Plus there are better food options along every part of the transport then the food they give you in the packaged deal. On the way back, we got some croissants and cakes + cola while the others could eat indian for 8rm. I would have preferred the Indian food over some stale croissant anytime.

Or negotiate a better deal for your package, we joined a group of chinese people for dinner and they got a better bus and got better dinners then ours...

The package we took included the bus/boat transfer from KL to Kuala tehan, two nights in a resort and the inner jungle tour with cave overnight + all meals. First of all they put you in the cheapest hotel room they can find. We stayed in the tekoma resort, which rated pretty good on review sites, but they have special old moldy rooms for this kind of package deal. The resort was rundown, the food wasnt eatable (especially dinner). While other guests get the dinnerbuffet, you will sit behind the kitchen eating cold and tasteless food. We decided to go out and eat somewhere else the second night of our stay.

The activities in the package deal were good and we liked our guide. We were looking for some adventure and we enjoyed our stay in the rainforest.

They should also do something about the busses too. Inside they are pretty worn down and unsafe. The seat in front of me was broken and would recline on its own. They try to fix it with some rope but one brake action and the seat was even more broke. In case of a emergency stop the seat would have crashed into me...very dangerous! Also the driver was pretty reckless in traffic...

Titubanti dopo aver letto le recensioni negative, ci siamo trovati in realtà molto bene. Il servizio è stato ben organizzato e sia i trasferimenti da KL sia le escursioni sono state molto piacevoli.

Penso che la differenza la faccia soprattutto la guida che ti accompagna ne parco, nel nostro caso la guida è stata molto competente e simpatica, grazie Stanley!

These people got us from KL by mini van. They facilitated our taxes in Taman Negara and gave clear instruction on the journey from Jerantut to Taman Negara, 30 mins by car, and 3 hours on a boat ride. The boat was great for the first hour, but the striking/dramatic scenery got a bit 'samey'. However, that first hour was pretty amazing.

Pick up from the 'front' of Chinatown travelodge would better be described as 'the end and a bit around the corner'

Took the 8am van to Kuala Tahan from their Jerantut office. I arrived by train from JB, at around 5am. Walked around the town in the dark. Then I waited at the opposite restaurant for them to open at about 7.45am. Then I paid the driver RM35 for the transfer to KT.

Took us slightly over an hour. He was averaging 65-80kmh and not crazy fast in those roads. I saw other shuttle vans overtook us.

KT is a small village so everything is within walking distance. He'll still drop you off at your hotel or hostel.

L’organizzazione si è rivelata ottima e ben strutturata, persino al di sopra delle nostre aspettative e delle recensioni lette in precedenza.
