Pearl Star Travel did an excellent job organizing the entire journey. My group and I had a wonderful time and we’re definitely looking forward to joining another tour with them in the future. I’ll also be recommending Pearl Star to many of my relative and friends who are planning to travel.

We had such a great experience with this tour company! The hotel stay was really comfortable, with tasty breakfast and good dinner arrangement, plus nice facilities to enjoy. The bus was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we appreciated the regular restroom breaks and smooth travel times. We got to see so many amazing places, and the team kept their communication clear every step of the way. The itinerary was followed to the dot. I recently went on a Europe tour with my wife and two other families. This 12 days tour arranged by Pearl Star Travel & Tour and in one words, I would describe Pearl Star’s service as "excellent." From the very beginning, they guided us in preparing for the tour, ensuring everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable, making it even more worthwhile.

What made the experience truly joyful, aside from visiting iconic destinations like the Eiffel Tower, Rhine Falls, Mount Titlis, and the Tulip Gardens, was the care and attention provided throughout the trip. We enjoyed delicious Indian dinners, which added a touch of home comfort to the adventure.

Our Tour Leader, Mr. Andrew, kept us entertained with his sense of humor and care, while Mr. Ranjit, the tour guide, brought the journey to life with his engaging "story time" full of wit and knowledge. Mrs. Suntary and Mr. Tamil were always there to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The moment we boarded the comfortable and sophisticated coach bus, I knew this trip was going to be something special. The accommodation throughout the tour was excellent, with stays in 4-star hotels that provided a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. After a day of exploring, it was always a pleasure to return to such a welcoming environment that offered just the right amount of comfort and relaxation.
When it came to the food, I was honestly worried we might miss home, but Pearl Star made sure we were never without the comforting tastes of Indian cuisine. We didn’t have to settle for pre-packed meals — every single meal was a buffet-style feast that allowed us to savor fresh, vibrant dishes. Each meal was a reminder of the warmth of home, and the hospitality from the team made it feel even more special.
Looking back, it’s hard to put into words just how deeply I appreciated this experience. The trip was filled with so much more than sightseeing — it was about the warmth of the people, the thoughtfulness of the planning, and the genuine care that Pearl Star put into every detail.
