Booked an Alphard with the company for our free and easy tour in Penang with my high school friends. We are happy that the driver was very helpful and flexible with our requests. 6 of us hired the car for 8 hours for the day. The seats were comfortable and the driver Sam drove smoothly. We enjoyed our day trip in Penang even many places were not opened on a Sunday and met a road block on our way to the botanical garden.

Fantastic friendly and patient service by Mr Shah!
I was looking for a private tour when we stopped at Penang on our Royal Caribbean cruise.
So glad to have found Mr Shah! We are a family of 12 with elderly and young children, and Mr Shah was so helpful and patient with all of us. He suggested interesting places to visit and organized a really good itinerary for us. His driving was safe and he always dropped us very near to the locations and helped the elderly - so grateful for his kindness. Mr Shah also gave interesting tips about the different places as he drove.
The price he quoted was very very good and fair (I compared!). So glad to have pre-booked as you don’t really want to be haggling with the tour operators when you arrive at the cruise terminal.

Had the pleasure of having Shah drive us around in Penang during our short trip. Shah is the best you can have. With a personal driver, he can drive you around anywhere you want. Being an experienced driver, he will be able to guide and advise as well on your itinerary. Super friendly and respectful, we’ve had the best family time in Penang! Highly recommended!

Not my first time to Penang but decided to engage a driver and guide this time because I really wanted to learn more about the history of this city. And I am so glad that I got Shah to be our driver and Chua as our guide. Shah is a safe driver and polite and helpful. Chua is really knowledgeable and can tell you the history of every prominent building, structure, culture and even food! He is truly a walking encyclopaedia of Penang! Both Chua and Shah worked well together making my this trip a memorable learning experience!
