I visited the tourist information centre 2 days ago (Friday) and the service I received from the gentleman and young lady was amazing. They suggested a number of places to visit and even some extra tips on a couple of the places.
I was hoping to visit again today, but sadly, it was closed. It is unfortunate to hear that getting staff is such a struggle. I hope things improve soon as Ipoh is a lovely place, and visiting tourists would benefit from being able to access your services every day.

As for our Ipoh city service and private MPV drivers (Nic and stephanie) , my family and I were completely impressed with their professionalism, driving and good customer service, very helpful and take good care for all the people during the tour. There are many nice and beautiful places in ipoh and Cameron Highlands that nic and stephanie brought us. I highly recommend this person under nic ( +60103322188) for ipoh or cameron highlands trip.

Closed on Saturday and Sundays!!! If you want tourists in your city you need to be open on all days!
