This will be my first and last going here (QUEEN ROOM WITH SEA VIEW) -i stay for 3day 2 night (JULY MONTH)
👎👎:
1) tv chanel for me is worse, ade channel yg biasa je , youtube ,neflix and prime , cuba lah masuk kan channel movie2 ke sikit , nak bosan kite stay kat bilik ,dah lah jauh tempat ni takde tempat kite nak gi jalan2 kalau dah bosan sangat
2) Dinner i need to wait for 1 hour 15 minit for ikan talapia and chicken butter walhal only 3table have custmer *termasuk kami* ,dah tunggu lama , rasa so 1/10✨ not so worth it langsung , tak sedap , ikan talapia takde rase , pastu ayam butter rasa manis ( area dekat pool beach resort) but at least the worker guy said sorry for the delay which i think is very polite things to do when you waiting for 1hr + 😴
3) Try makan dekat after 4 area apartment, lunch kat sane ,langsung tak sedap foo chow mee dan salted fish rice 1/10 ,tapi bila gi dinner order ikan talapia goreng and ginger beef sedap pula dngn banana chesse nye 8/10 ,agak nya prlu tukar chef kot yang lunch tu , tak sedap langsung dea masak 😅
4) reception nye pon ... , kite dah lah first time dtg , dia tak explain pun ,nak kite terhengeh tanya adakah dorang yang silap , rupenye breakfast voucher nak claim kat kaunter untuk dapat for next day ,dia tak bagi terus untuk 2 hari
5) paling sya rasa WORST the most is the housekeeping, saye dah start tekan simbol untuk bersihkan bilik jam 7:45am time sya gi breakfast,sekali balik lepas tu belum lagi dibersihkn *i think positive maybe dorg belum masuk kerja 8am+ , second sya keluar gi pool dari 9:30am-11am ,saye nampak ade 3 housekeeping on the same level ,dalam hati saye ok dah kot bersihkan ,sekali sye masuk dengan perasaan GERAM bilik tu belum dikemaskan lagi ,so tuk kali ketiga sya keluar dengan simbol yang sama belum sye off dari jam 7:45am keluar gi lunch , jam 1pm+ camtu balik bilik baru saya happy akhirnya ,MENUNGGU LAMA bilik tu untuk dibersihkan , saye tak tau lah polisi tempat tu if memang polisi dorg untuk bersihkan bilik yang sehari je stay duluan berbanding bilik yang stay berhari , kalau memang polisi macam tu well i angkat tangan minta maaf ,but if not , then the owner of the place should manage well their housekeeping!! Sepatutnya bilik berhari tu yang kene bersihkan dulu , setengah hari kot nak tunggu 😤
6) pool takde live guard *kalau ade then minta maaf but time saye berapa kali je saye nampak worker nye duduk2 sana main hp , nak towel pon kadang nak tunggu lama sebab takde orang kat sane standby , so kalau ade anak banyak yang kecik2 rase nye ade bahaya sikit , sebab takde live guard yang betul2 kite nampak depan mata tengok orang2 kat pool tu , tepi2 pondok tu je dorang stay so agak bahaya bile lagi kita hanya ada 2 mata je dan budak kecik banyak

1) Beach resort besar , ade tempat small indoor playground for kids
2) ade tempat massage , mart ,bistro,after 4(dekat area aprtmnt) and tempat 🍽️ lagi 1 area resort)
3)pool besar ,ade tempat adult which is around neck area for 168cm adult person , and for kids to play with slide
4) got amazing beautiful longggg beachh which is clean 🫧
5) got atv * during my stay
6) got mart ( very complete for me ) ade jual bahan2 if nak buat bbq ke sosj ke ,sos2 but a bit pricey

* If stay kat beach resort wajib pakai gelang hijau kalau nak mandi pool ,tapi ade je saye nampak orang takde pakai gelang hijau mandi kat sane 😅 sebab takde penjagaan yang STRICT ,boleh je orang lain masuk dari tepi dan dorg tak perasan langsung pon
*Breakfast for me is 7/10 ,

But for me its will be the first and last 🙂 6/10✨ in my opinion

Teach your employees, especially at the room registration counter, to answer the phone quickly. I have contacted the hotel many times to confirm a room reservation but had to call several times before your employees answered. Also, please improve your way of interacting with customers so that they don't answer carelessly and rudely. Anyway, the atmosphere at the hotel is very pleasant and I am satisfied with the room and the view around the hotel.

We had earlier stayed at Riverview Majestic Hotel from 11th to 13th June. A Fabulous Hotel with Great Breakfast spread for the Rate we paid. Now at Roxy Beach Resort we had Mountain View but it was fine as most if the time we are indulging in activities. The Room was fine and clean. Front office neeeds to check their in room Safe Box, as it was not operating. Next in the morning we went down for Breakfast thinking this Hotel knows what it is doing as i have seen many advertisements on Roxy Hotel almost everywhere 😳 To my shock the Breakfast layout was totally out. There was no table setting at 7.45am. Tables didn't have even Salt n Pepper shakers as it stndard. Although they are serving hard boilded eggs. The morning juice was way watered down " Orange Juice" The sugar was in a large jar. More like 2 Star ServiceThe Best part " Cook" tosses the roti canai into the shaving dish, then he tosses the sausages into another shaving dish. That's how F&B handles food. Next lost of Green Bottle flies in the Restaurant From this i know that the Hotel Manager, F& B manager and so called Chef don't check the Restaurant Coffee House. We shouldn't be paying such High Rates for a Resort Hotel Operated in this manner. I believe the Owners have put in alot of effort.

The room was noisy. Every few minutes the sound of boiling electric kettle would appear. It wasn't the kettle. Maybe it was the vent. No sleep because of this. Room 1009.
Room 2013 shower drain I think was clogged, water was pooling as we were showering.
Other than those, we loved the place

A great place to stay & relax, but the breakfast was terrible; so little choices & slow refill. With that room price, should provide additional towel/cloth to dry out feet after using the bathroom.

The hotel is good but the security need more attention for those playing fireworks at beach.the hotel of smoke sensor ring at night 11pm and make all of us run out the hotel. Luckily nothing happen but make some children scare and crying.the breakfast also not many varieties to choose
