I have had the pleasure of working with Nic and an excellent experience with his team! From the time we relocated from London to KL then to Australia, he was available for support and a discussion about any issues that we were faced with. I genuinely felt like I was working with a ‘friend’ throughout the entire process! Nic and his team jumped hoops, sent emails WhatsApp messages on our behalf whenever it called for. Honestly, they are a great team to deal with. If we had issues, it was because he was liaising with a removalist company overseas in which they had no choice but to partner with. Very professional company. Honest and clear about prices and options from the beginning. Never pressured to buy their services, but offered support and answered all questions very quickly and precisely. Communication was excellent, from the quote preparation until and after the delivery of items (they also set up a WhatsApp group for communicating after we moved from one country to another). We did an international relocation from Malaysia to the UK, everything went smoothly and was packed very professionally. No item was broken or missing at delivery, and everything was managed by the company. 100% recommended.

I shipped my home stuff from Malaysia to Europe with a full 20 feet container.
Overall, I'm very happy about their service. The first inspection was very satisfied and the good thing is, it is very accurate so you can count on that (Thanks to Mr. Vicky).
In the packing day, almost 13 guys came to my apartment and they pack everything carefully and very professionally (Thanks to Mr. Baskaran). They help us a lot to pack and fit all the stuff, base on evaluation on the first inspection.
I received the full shipment on the expected day without damage even a glass. Everything was clean, same as before packing (maybe because I shipped them during cold season!?).
Their partner in Europe managed the Custom Office progress, delivery to my house and unpacking/assembly the big items.

Just if you want to have a peace of mind during the whole process, consider a few things:
- when you are shipping for a far oversea, expect some extra charge for unexpected things, for example in my case, my shipment selected for security check at the entrance port in Europe (as they told me and sent me the invoice and verification letter to me later), it was charged me EUR420.
- Try to disassemble some mid-size items before the packing day, it will save a lot of space
- It is a sea shipment and considers time, for my case it takes 38 days on the sea, but I asked them to store my shipment for a while in Malaysia and it takes 8 days from the seaport in Europe to my house (including all steps). So don't rush and don't expect super-fast delivery because of the type of shipment.

We shipped our entire household goods with Royal Relocation from Langkawi/Malaysia to Portugal. Mr. Vicky and his team handled the entire relocation to our full satisfaction. It is an amassing fact that almost none of our sensitive goods were damaged, however due to the fantastic packing Royal arranged for us. The team was friendly, responsive and very organized. We can highly recommend Royal for any relocation.

Very professional service from beginning of enquiry to the end. The sales person was very prompt in responding and provided very close follow up and detailed explanation tailoring to our needs of moving our stuff from Malaysia to Australia. On shipment day, the two packers were very experience and handled our stuff carefully, detailed oriented in making sure all our fragile items were carefully wrapped. They completed the entire packing in around 4 hours for our 4cbm load. From the moment our shipment left us, they provided timely update on our shipment status. I have relocated my household items from KL to United States with a 40 feet container.

In general, I am overwhelmed by their service and professional manners. I had to relocate my household items, a rare collection of antiques, a grand piano, few fragile types of furniture ( such as acrylic photo poster frames, ceramic figurines, etc.). I was searching for relocation services when it about time to go back to the States because it's not only me alone this time but all my personal belongings together, "Royal Relocations" was the first recommended relocation service company by my fellow colleague. At first, I was doubting their services because I had a poor experience relocating from one place to another out of my 7 moves prior to move to KL ,but they do proved and showed me that they are the top dogs in this relocation services. Their sailing schedule was entirely reliable and systematic it shows their professionalism. The goods were all well packed and all items were in good condition as it was before. I received all my shipped items as scheduled in their sailing schedule. The sailing schedule was very well organized and I'm well pleased by their work ethic, professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and customer care. Speaking of responsiveness I have to credit Mr Vicky who was constantly updating me about the possible delays throughout the shipping process, very well mannered person with clear updates but thank god I didn't experience any delay for my items it was delivered as it was scheduled. I am really thankful to Mr Vicky for treating me professionally, considerately and with much kindness. "Unity makes strength" and we can see their unity by how synchronized it was done from packaging to shipping with the well-organized schedule. I'm really overwhelmed by their excellent service and customer care. Definitely, one world-class relocation company out there.

As a result , I would definately recommend Royal Relocations as a professional relocation company to all my friends who are in need to relocate in the future .

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
The company make big guarantees on the website which they just don't keep, this is the worst company we have ever dealt with. We initially engaged with Royal in February of last year for a move from Malaysia to Panama and were told 2 months. We based a packing date in this and our goods were due to arrive mid August.
A week before our arrival date, after no communication since packing, we were told our goods were only just leaving Malaysia! We'd never had any update of delays and, when we queried this, it seemed that our goods sat in storage in Malaysia for over a month with no explanation why.
We had goods on that shipment which were needed to live our lives, we couldn't wait another 2 months. A series of email, WhatsApp and telephone conversations followed in which the company MD promised to offload our goods and send essential items by air, a promise he later retracted and which led to a further one month delay.
I have honestly never been so upset by a company who we have paid to help us. We were given a partial refund but this wasn't really compensation as we had to spend it on temporarily replacing essential items which were in our shipment, such as kitchen items, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, as well as clothing and sports equipment. Our shipment finally arrived in November, almost 6 months after packing and over 3 months after the initial date given.
We had other options open to us at the time of engaging with Royal but wanted to support a local firm, please don't make the same mistake we did. We should have used a firm owned and managed by expats and we never want anyone else to have the same experience. Communication was poor throughout and all inaccurate, nothing we were told was correct from the very first day we had the misfortune of coming across this company. They were unwilling to help and totally uncaring about the impact this had on our lives and the personal, professional and financial costs to us.
