First of all sorry because for this time visit i’m giving 3star only on your service. Seem it give a bit hassle for me on check in where i need to wait almost 40minutes to check in. Supposedly 2pm on checking however the laddy arrived at 2.40pm to pass the access card. However smooth check out on the another day & they replaced back the missed check minutes. This property is actually good as it is at the boarder side of malaysia with singapore. U could see the singapore across the river. Cleanliness is good for me eveb has a little bit dusty at the bed corner but still acceptable. The location is great due to in the heart of Johor Bharu city. Easy access to every where & it is on the top of a mall called RF Mall. For parking i think is a bit confusing as for the first time customer, need to find parking without any plate number. Supposedly one property should be dedicated at least one parking & no need to check every parking which is available.

Apartment is brand new near the border between Singapore and Johore Bahru where we can walk to the CIQ from the apartment. Foods and drinks plus grocery are easily accessible. Location is considered quite a long way to town. Sometimes during holiday periods, rush hours and weekends, you can hit traffic jam around the highway near the apartment . The apartment is very well decorated with smart TV, washing machine, clean and suitable for family to stay as it has plenty of room in the lounge area to move about.

This apartment unit is located next to the causeway. It has 3 rooms & 2 baths with a spacious sitting area. This is my second stay here. Still my favourite accommodation so far although it is very far from my husband’s hometown in Pontian. Room aircons were rattling all night long & needed replacing. Cleanliness is compromised due to wear & tear. Very dusty when we checked-in, but cleaners were called-in to vacuum the floors & were prompt. Deep cleaning needed.

Unit 33A-05 :
1. Glass sliding door spoiled, can't lock
2. Only 1 parking for 1 unit of apartment rented, if u come with 2 or 3 vehicles, got to park somewhere else. They will not suggest u to park at the Mall downstair because very expensive (RM66/day), but no solution or suggestion where to park the other cars.
3. Customer service completely switch off after 6.00pm. U have any problem or questions, settle by yourself.....

Conclusion : lousy.....

Place was well managed with facilities suitable for family holidays. Good swimming pool including one for children and other recreational facilities. Staff was very polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

the room was very clean, spacious also had amenities we needed such as toiletries. the staffs very helpful and always reply to all the questions we asked. the aparthotel also near to the ciq, is really needed. on my nextstay, i will definitely check in here again.

Not really worth the price for the rooms. Basic amenities are there but for the price i expected more than basic amenities. Renovations decision made are questionable. Location is super convenient. Walking distance from JB sentral. View from the room is pretty at night as well. Staff who led us to the room is nice and efficient!
