Bad experience from this company bus service(from Genting to JB Larkin VLD3366) the bus driver suddenly sing loudly then open the window to smoke during the trip!!! Very disappointed because I already scared by the driver from my dream many time! Also from start when the bus arrived TBS the driver suddenly disappeared and leaved the passenger in the bus without any explanation and there was a number of passengers wanted to go to the restroom and this happened around 15min!

Highly Recommended ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 10/10 really good !The service of this bus company is really great! Highly recommended! This is the best bus company I have ever traveled on and encountered! If you want to buy a bus ticket from where to go, the employees of this company will be very detailed and patient and tell you where to wait and what time the bus will arrive . So lovely and friendly staff ! 😇

I never ever seen this type of stupid service of bus in my life anymore.Such a stupid bus service.I bought 2 tickets at 9:30p.m. but the bus will arrived at 9:10p.m..After I reached to JB Larkin the bus was not there.I'll go and ask with the bus ticket counter they simply said,The bus was already arrived at 9:10p.m.Then,why need to gave the ticket time on 9:30p.m.?Did I looks stupid or what?I spend RM140 for both tickets.Can you return it back.Okay,If any passengers still not arrived in the time means,why you all didn't call and ask with the passengers?

Bad experience and poor services ever. Bought a ticket from JB to KL at expensive price than usual as they said due to seasonal price. Well, when the time arrived but bus never come. Expected late but never know bus never come without inform us earlier and we only know when we ask in the counter (phone number is provided when purchasing ticket). Go to the counter only know that the bus is not coming and they give two options, one is wait for another 30 minutes and take the bus but seat is uncertain, might sit with other strangers in double seat (I bought a single seat). Second option is wait one hour and thirty minutes for another bus with single seat but cannot confirm. The attitude of the malay lady is so poor and just show the angry face to us.What I want to say here is please respect every of your customer and do inform if there is any changes earlier.

I had a perplexing encounter with Sin Yong.

We reserved round-trip travel from Larkin to Genting and from Genting to Larkin.

There were no major issues on the trip from Larkin to Genting. The only concern was that the bus was running late and no one notified us of the situation. Fortunately, the hotline was operational, so we were able to phone in and obtain some information.

Sadly, the return ride from Genting to Larkin was not as pleasant. We were notified of the change in pick-up venue less than two hours beforehand. We took transportation to the first planned location and had to make a detour to reach the new location. Fortunately, we were able to catch the bus on time.

We believe the customer service could have been somewhat improved.

Caught the 1230 from JB to KL 12 Sept. My seat had soft drink spilt in front of the seat. We waited at a petrol station for 45m for no reason about 10m into the journey. The driver avoided toll roads coming into KL further extending the length of the trip. Ended up around 2h behind schedule.

Got dust at seat. And strong smoking smell. 1st time... Very bad experience. If can choose...not even 1 star. And driver smoking when driving.... Omg. The worst bus experience in my life.
