Stayed here for one night whilst on our way to Tioman Island. Booked from UK via booking.com|Excellent communication from the very helpful and friendly owner, who met us from the bus station, took us to the house and spent time showing us all the facilities.. then offered us a lift to town as it was hot.. we gently refused and walked the easy 10 minute route to the centre and cafes and shops. He also arranged to collect us and take us to the ferry on our departure.. all for no extra cost. House is well equipped, can sleep 8. Decent kitchen, washing machine etc. Ideal accommodation. Quiet location. Good value too. Owner has three properties I guess the others would be as good as this. SingTown and SingHome.

Fell in love with this place the moment we stepped in. The owner was super nice and had the courtesy to greet each & everyone of us; also explained to us places of interests surrounding the area. The house is superb clean & has nice ambience & feel. Very family friendly. Very well equipped & furnished. Love the modern design especially the hidden staircase & toilet. You'll have to see it to believe it ❤

The guesthouse itself is clean and spacious, but the real gem is Tolo (the owner) himself. He is exceptionally service-minded, I don't think I have met his like. Ever.He drove us around in his yellow pick-up - to restaurants, to the ferry, bus station and for sightseeing. He even met us by the ferry when we came back from Tioman - just to help us get a bus to Singapore. He even refused to take money for anything but the apartment! Will definitely stay here again if going back!

place was clean and we had four rooms available, but only two bathrooms. big living room, so nice if you have a group of people and you want to discuss and plan your trip. outdoor parking, so your car is safe. But the kitchen is so badly equipped, you can do anything not even cutting fruit properly.||Owner is very friendly and gives you advise where you can go to eat.

we stayed very well at Singhome Homestay before going to Tioman. It is the perfect place to reach after a long journey: very clean, cool, large and comfortable. Tolo Is very helpful and kind and helped us to solve a problem in a very friendly way. thanks Tolo, I am sure we will meet again!

The facilities are clean and looks new and well maintained, but I find the beddings abit too thin and felt old, more so the bedsheet, pillow cases and quilt, there is a funny feeling on the bedsheet like its not been changed and i saw on entry hairs on the bed which seem to indicate bedsheet not chaged.
The astro also dont seem to be working and we got only a few channels out of the many, but there was a thumb drive of old movies to keep us entertained.
WIFI on the second floor is also sucks, we can even get a connection most of the time even though it shows 2bars on our phone.
beyond that, it good and we are only 5min from town center

We stayed for the night before catching the ferry to Tioman. The accommodation was spacious and clean for family of 5. The owner, Tolo, was very accommodating, he drove us to dinner and to the ferry and helped us with the crazy bureaucracy at the ferry.
