Stupid bus services. Waited more than 2 hours. Not informing when can replacement bus will arrive. No integrity on the services. Now in process of refund the ticket. Not sure will get refund!

I took what meant to be direct coach service from Singapore to Ipoh on 24/1/2025. Without notice, it exited from Expressway route, stopped and allowed passengers to alight at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Berjaya Times Square, Gopeng, Ipoh Ampang, Aman Jaya, before arriving at their terminal in Ipoh City Centre. Occasional moderate slow traffic due to rain but did not experience heavy jam. Total 12 hours journey. One star

Driver constantly smoking while driving on the Penang to malacca route. 5pm July 28 2024 penang sentral (butterworth) to melaka sentral. Even worse, because he was doing this, all the guests felt they could do the same. Imagine 25+ men smoking and vaping constantly for literally 10 hours. The windows on the bus don't open. Called the Sri Maju office and asked them to contact him and of course they didn’t. I told them I have serious asthma and this is serious. Also, this has been against the laaw since 2004, section 11 of the 2004 Control of Tobacco Product Regulations amendment to 1983 Food Act.

I was unable to get off the bus before KL because they only stopped once in a podunk, and had to endure for 7 hours. It was a dangerous situation and the next morning not only are my travel plans fluffed but I'm still coughing and spitting. I see in other reviews they have had this problem for months or years and aren’t fixing it. I’m never using this company again and reporting them to the police today citing the above law. If you want companies like this to change, I suggest you do the same. Demanded a refund from 12go, they tried to ignore me also, so I did a credit card chargeback for services not provided as promised- again, I suggest everyone dealing with this problem/driver/company do the same- enough complaints and chargebacks and they'll drop companies like this.

Fire this driver if you have any sense, Sri Maju! Train your drivers properly Sri Maju! Change your policies to explicitly announce no smoking and no vaping on bus journeys Sri Maju! If people can behave themselves on planes and trains they can do it on your buses. Allowing your drivers to risk public health is a BIG mistake.

The bus is quite nice and comfortable. During this MCO period, travellers are advised to wear 3 layer mask and practise hand hygiene. Bring your own hand sanitizers spray before touching anything and after getting down the bus. The bus captain always follows the rules and drive carefully and won't exceed the speed limits. I had a great travel experience with this bus service. Just on and off they need to check all the seats the cushion if it is properly fixed mine keep coming out of the place.

Nowadays Sri Maju bus service was terrible.. they’re stopped at many stoping like tbs, Aman Jaya, Batu Gajah and so on.. but bus we have took was jalan bendahara, poor service

Bus is air-con, clean. Along highway, 1 toilet restroom stop. Driver steady & cautious. Commendable.
Road trip from Ipoh - Sg Dua (Penang) Start 9:40 am arr. 12:20 noon. Punctual departure. Duration approx. 2 1/2 hrs traffic dependent.

Used this company for the above journey. The staff on the desk were very helpful, the journey was good and the bus is clean. Cannot fault for the price.
