What a very bad bad service! teruk! Ayah saya ambil bus dari larkin ke penang pukul 10:15pm, tapi delayed sampai 11.00pm. lepastu rosak dekat Ayer Keroh sampai 3-4 pagi! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

bought 1:30pm bus fr Melaka to Singapore. 4pm I still in Melaka, the bus pusing sana sini waiting and collect passengers! wasted my time! I purposely buy early bus hope can reach singapore early to have enough rest before start work, this bus waste my precious time in hometown keep me wait for nothing inside the bus!

i booked 5.30pm bus from KL Sentral and at 5.15pm they messaged to say the bus would be late. The bus finally departed at 8.30 ++ after picking passengers at another Timesquare. Took 12 hrs to reach Singapore. There was a bit of traffic but it it was longer than Google ETA. Water was dripping and I really couldn't be bothered with that. I reached Golden Mile at 5am...

I've visited this tour office in skudai, the consultant there was so sweet and patient to explain to me about her packages. I asked about certain preferred food in certain destinations that I would like to travel. She answered in details of how she will prepare the food for us. Star Mars Travel will provide hotels, guides, meals, Visa, details, histories of the places, transportations, everything you need for your trip. I'm so excited to go with them for my dream trip. I saw their social media, their customers are looking delightful and enjoying their trip with a lots of fun. Everyone who's planning a trip to feel the experience of different cultures and location attractions and food and feed your soul with pleasure, please visit Star Mars Travel. Honestly it's a treat for my photography passion.

Bought my bus ticket from KL Sentral to Boon Lay @ 4pm. The overall experience with Star Mars Travel is just absolutely BAD.

1- Poor management
It was not informed that there will be several stops throughout the trip when booking the ticket. Was expecting a direct route from KL Sentral to Boon Lay. However, the bus stopped by Seremban bus terminal in Malaysia and Golden Mill in Singapore. In addition, bus stopped by KL Sentral and Seremban terminal for 30 minutes respectively in order to sell off the remaining empty seats, leading to time wastage of the passenger.

2- Delayed departure: Bus arrived at KL Sentral around 4:45pm and only depart at 5:15pm (should be depart by 4pm based on timetable).

3- Bus condition: Aircond is not functioning on and off, bus engine seems not working well and have weird sound throughout the journey.

In conclusion, it was an unpleasant experience with Star Mars Travel. Only manage to reach destination at 130am (PS: custom clearance for both jb and sg side only take around 30 minutes) Think twice before purchasing the bus ticket operated by Star Mars.

Started off well - picked up on time 12 pm at KL Sentral for drop off at Singapore. Communications were good prior. However, AC on bus stopped working 2 hours in. Driver stopped off randomly in an attempt to flag down buses to move passengers on to. Also took lots of long detours off the highway to avoid jams (probably a good thing as that kept air flowing through roof vents). Mixed messages throughout as to where we were going to be dropped off. At some point, it was going to be Larkin in JB. Reached Tuas at 12am - this was 12 hours later! We were told there would be buses coming after checkpoint to pick us up. They never arrived and after one hour of waiting we had to ask buses if they had spare seats. Thank goodness there were some nice drivers who let us on at 1am. Eventually got to Singapore at 2am. Probably the worst bus experience I’ve ever had.

From Larkin to Butterworth
Supposedly my bus is 11.30pm but bus was delay. The bus arrived at 12.40am then I reached Butterworth 10am plus..
And the was not in a good condition, also the driver stopped at most of the places where the passenger requested to do so which he is not supposed to do
