SummerPlace (MM2H) did excellent job to apply for my MM2H visa.
When I started to apply my MM2H visa in 2024, It was the transition period for all licensed MM2H visa agents to renew.

But SummerPlace kept communicating with me how the renewal process went and it makes me reassured.
After Malaysia government renews SummerPlace license, my application went very smooth.
It took about three month for a conditional letter, and one and plus month to get my MM2H visa.

First of all, I would like to thank David of Sinyi-Malaysia for recommending the MM2H company - Summer Place for me, and with the active assistance of Irene Yeong and Andrew Ting, we have successfully obtained the approval and signing of MM2H.

Now that I recall, the whole process took about 6 months. Irene and I held several online conferences and communicated face-to-face in person, which made me admire Irene's professional image and communication ability. During this period, she constantly reminded us of the relevant preparations at each stage of the process. The complex document list of MM2H was explained in detail. In this waiting time, Summer Place also took some online YT to share with us, so we have a strong sense of trust in Summer Place.

It takes about 1-2 months to prepare materials in advance, and the document list may require some flexible adjustments for different applicants. The execution of Summer Place is very good.

When the application materials were submitted to the Tourism Bureau/Immigration Bureau, we were not notified of the supplementary problem. On behalf of our submission, the materials were very complete, which was a good start, so we entered the time to wait for review and approval.

It takes about 3 months to get the official approval. During the Lunar New Year holiday, it really makes people a little anxious to wait, but fortunately, as just mentioned, I have a strong sense of trust in Irene and Summer Place.

Within the next 3 months, we must enter Malaysia to apply for visa-affixing, but our family happened to encounter different activity arrangements. Irene and Andrew helped us overcome some complicated situations. I was the main applicant to go to Malaysia to apply for visa-affixing first, and the other family members would then complete the visa-affixing.
