Extremely Delayed and Poorly Managed Service
I booked a bus from Hatyai to TBS Puchong via the Redbus app. The scheduled departure was 1:00 PM with an estimated arrival at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, the journey has been very disappointing.

The driver drove extremely slowly and delayed significantly at the Hatyai customs, which I can still understand. However, the main issue is that he kept stopping unnecessarily to pick up or "tame" people along the way. We also stopped at a petrol station in Penang (Shell) for refuelling and a toilet break, but the stop has gone on for over an hour. As of 7:40 PM, we are still stuck in Penang with no clear update or urgency from the driver.

The bus service is highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Not recommended at all. Avoid this if you're expecting a timely and reliable journey.

Do not be deceived with the name.... it is the most expensive bus ticket to Penang and it is NOT worth the money you pay. Our 1st and last experience with this transport provider.

In easybook, they advertised tv, wifi, usb.. TV is as blacked as the screen, no wifi, usb at the 1st row seats are out of order. Bus arrived almost 30 mins late. Took us 6.5 hours from Hentian Duta to Sungai Nibong, Penang, and traffic was not heavy, as it was a night trip. The bus fueled up in Butterworth, took ages. They filled full tank. No courtesy of holding up passengers' time and people waiting for them at the destination.

The 1st driver was a bit disguisting when he clears up his throat n spat out his phelgm in a plastic bottle. We were disturbed by the horrible sound done repeatedly. Second driver (not a local - Bangladeshi) seemed new at handling the bus but he drove below speed limit all the time, was a careful driver.

Overall we are very dissapointed and hope the management reads this and improve their services.

How on earth, did they get the name approved by SSM. I think such names should not be allowed to be registered. The bus is not new, made lots of squicky noice. Seats had unpleasant smell, NOTHING IS close to NICE...and definately FAR from SUPER.

On Wednesday, 3rd September, around 10pm in the Rawang area (south bound), your driver of bus Super Nice VBC 2665 was driving recklessly. The bus was at very high speed, honking aggressively, and flashing high beams at vehicles ahead that did not give way.

This behavior is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. I will be reporting your company to APAD MOT for further action.

Slowest express ever. In schedule say that will reach butterworth by 3 o'clock. 5 hour journey. Now, 5 hour journey still at tanjung malim. What a joke. Stop for 1 hour in every rnr, the bus driver not friendly at all. Slowest bus ever. Wasting my time and my money

The worst service ever. Guar Chempedak, Kedah to TBS. Departure sepatutnya jam 10 pagi but delayed lama gila sampai 12 tengahari baru bas sampai. Not reccommended seriously. Reason yang bukan2 dibaginya

Worst experience ever. Johor to penang, multiple stoppage for breaks, bus aircond turned off for 1 hour. Stopped across Ipoh, Taiping, Bagan Serai, Parit Buntar. The most useless bus I've ever taken. Aircond not cold at all. Useless. Super nice team you guys really need to improve.

Not recommended. Bus was late to arrive, passengers had to change bus for their convenience, too much stop, worst attitude of bus driver and kept passengers hanging.
