You seriously NEED to climb the steep steps to 2nd floor reception area.

No frills no expectations please. You get what you paid.

But surprisingly the toilet deco and room are pretty good. And clean too! I mean , please don't try to 'audit' the areas too much. For a night or two sleepovers are just fine for me. You just need the decent room and toilet , so that was enough for me. The best part, the Wifi was good.

Hope the staff will keep up with cleanliness and the smell of the rooms.

Checked in on 4 Oct, around 4.40pm, but the service was awful. The staff said the room was taken earlier today and he questioned me was the one to double checked in the hotel. However, the person checked in earlier was not me. He did not verify the person details carefully and allowed the person to check in.
Bad hotel check-in experience ever. Will never come back to this hotel anymore.
The management from this hotel kindly look into this issue seriously to prevent it from recurring.

hotel was at level 2 shop terrace. a bit small but hotel staff are warmest service, can ask for more if need like toiletries toothbrush etc. walking distance to reach many hawker centre and 路边摊. only no good was no 5g data signal, need to ask staff for hotel wifi password, but wifi speed are very fast. and also no chair inside room, but have big space to put luggage. and last but not least, toilet space are very big, water heater are looks new set and very comfortable to enjoy your shower.

There were tiny ants on the bed.The room is very small compared to the image shown on the website. The main door cannot be locked from inside the room.

Place is newly renovated a bit dusty but good enough for me for a good night sleep. Check with the counter guy that the renovation is over... So no more nose this is good location for all the massage & food place will book again. If you are taller then 1.65 m please careful on the stairs up the beam is low other then that not much complaints 👍🏻

This hotel worse to stay,water heater no working, aircon also not working, don't have tv some more, overall all don't have, ask for assistance also no response, Never come here anymore 🤬💀

I recently stayed at Ardens Hotel Sentosa and was quite disappointed with the experience. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and it was not as clean as expected. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper provided, which is a basic necessity.Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. We were disturbed by loud conversations from the neighboring room well into the early hours of the morning, making it difficult for my husband and I to get proper rest.Overall, the lack of cleanliness and comfort, combined with the noise issues, left much to be desired. I hope the management can address these problems to improve the experience for future guests.
