Wide variety of equipment/machines for most workouts, good quality as well and the gym is spacious. Recommended.

Lots of broken equipment, used to be one of the best gym in Miri, maybe the best at one point, but now it's too run down. Hope you guys can do something about it. Further more other big name gyms are coming to miri and other gyms are getting better, hate to see you guys fall behind even more.

The places is very good...just sometimes people tends to show off, it become noisy. People that always workout here are almost friendly, I mean not all just some of them and people tends to don't care either you do your workout finished or not, they will snatch your station but some of them will ask if you finished or not.......
