Fantastic Paris 5D4N package from Tourist Guide. Me and my wife had a wonderful and sweet moments throughout the journey. The airlines, ground travel package and transport services arrangement are good and well arrange.
Although the first two days hotel that we stayed is a bit small, the other two days the hotel is awesome and comfortable.
Overall this trip is a five star service and comfort trip and definitely we will choose our next holiday via Tourist Guide and will recommend to friends and family. Well done and cheers.

2017年6月就已经购买了去Santorini Free & Easy配套
还用了6个月的分期付款方式，所以2017年12月就已经付全款了
每个月付款的心情就是，心里怀疑到底这么便宜是不是骗人的
1月-5月期间除了给他们我们的一些个人资料给他们之外，我们没得到任何资料
所以心情也是很忐忑的。
因为这个是我们的度蜜月旅行，很多朋友问我们花费预算多少
因为当时还没成功去回来，所以不怎么敢介绍给朋友关于这个旅游公司
以下是我们6月时去的一些的经历与感受

• 购买配套前，我觉得每个人都有必要看清楚他们的T&C
• 我是在旅游日期的2-3个星期前内拿到我所有的资料
• 我在他们那里得到的是
1. 机票Booking Ref ,
2.酒店Voucher,
3. Hotel Transfer Voucher
• 拿到所有资料前，我自行上网查了我的Qatar airway 和Aegean Airlines里面的Details, 发现他们忘记购买Aegean Airline的Check in luggage给我。我Whatsapp给负责联络我的那个负责人，他们也承认疏忽，在当天里面立刻加给我们了。
• 因为是Free & Easy的关系，我更谨慎的查看所有资料
• 出发前也是自己上网online check in机票
• 当然酱子的价钱，我没有奢求要住到非常好的酒店，但我非常满意他们book给我的酒店，而且他们有因我备注我是Honeymoon trip 而给我们比较大的房间。

- 机场Transfer的时间太长，我们去程和回程各花了大约26小时的时间，那26小时就是在飞机上和机场里度过那是比较累人的，但幸好都没有遇到飞机延迟的状况。
- 到达圣岛机场时有人在机场拿着名牌接我们到酒店，但要跟司机对下他们的资料是否正确，因为我们的司机就是搞错了Hotel名。Hotel Transfer服务也是可以透过voucher里的link查看详情。我透过email联络customer service, 告诉他们我们的正确的酒店资料，好让他们在最后一天不要去错酒店接我们。他们也很快速的回复Email并安排好了我们的回程接送。
- 到达酒店后，我发现他给我们的Triple room, 非常宽大，跟隔壁那些两人房差很多，而且是Pool view, 我有觉得我们赚到了。酒店对面就是超市，非常方便。
- 在当地的巴士非常方便，所以free&easy行程我就不多说了。

整个trip出了这些小错误之外，并没有什么其他问题。我们觉得这样的价钱是真的很划算。

I just went for a 10D7N western Europe tour and it was an amazing trip i’ve ever had. Tourist guide had made a fabulous arrangement and made sure that we really had a good & satisfying trip. Flight,hotels,the tour guide in Europe were all arranged accordingly. It is definitely an awesome trip packages to be purchased from Tourist Guide, value for money. I’m having a long list of packages to be bought from them after this wonderful trip. Good job Tourist Guide!

We really had an amazing time together at Paris, France. I will never forget our tour. Wonderful package provided by Tourist Guide Paris 5D4N with reasonable price. Overall the arrangement was good. We just got back from our Paris trip. And it was amazing! Everything went smoothly as they have arranged and as we have planned. It was a memorable trip with my husband. The two free days, we went to London and Liverpool to optimize our trip. We are so grateful to book through their agency and i don't think we are able to afford a trip like this without their great-value package. Special shout-out to Ms. Maznah who have patiently explaining to every query i've made, even called me personally to assure me everything is OK, and also sending out our tickets and vouchers around 45 days before our departure, which was earlier than they've promised. Overall, everything is great and I'll definitely book with them again. Thank you for everything 🙂

Thank you Tourist Guide for all the preparation and planning for me and my wife for 5 days 4 night at Paris and Disneyland. The package we took is indeed cheap and we had maximum fun at Paris. Just recently went to Western Europe (France, Switzerland & Italy) through Tourist Guide with my wife. Had my doubts at first as this was my first big money trip out of Asia. We had our flight tickets and accommodation details about 2-3 weeks before our trip, just as informed by the agents in Tourist Guide. We were given flight tickets (Qatar airlines). And the hotels we stayed were 4 star hotels. We had about 8 nights stay as part of the trip and extended further 3 more nights on our own at Paris. It's really worth for what we paid as they have included flight tickets, accommodation and transportation (in bus throughout Eur). Certainly will travel again with them. Just need to give them time to process as sometimes they coordinate the trip itenaries / book hotels through external travel agencies/hotels. It was a wonderful experience to both of us. 😍😄
