First time using this service. Kinda last minute and i was already panicking bcs my parents werent able to walk long way but this service managed to make an adjustment. I contacted Ah Fa and he was the one handled everything in terms of the driver's details etc and he replied without delay. He was fine wherever I wanted him to pick up, drop off and the return journey. My parents was so excited bcs they didnt need to bring foreign car into Singapore due to you have to remove your car during night blablabla and it's such a hassle for my parents. Luckily I Googled and found them. They upgraded my car into an Alphard and Vellfire. I was so thankful. I hope i can use their service and will receive the same treatment from them. I was looking for the private car with driver for our family Malaysia trip. Came upon this website and read reviews and decided to engage them for Cameron trip , Ipoh to Malacca and Malacca to Singapore services. The boss Ah Fa was very responsive to my questions and quick in arrangements. All the 3 drivers were Kenny, Richard and Kenny - they were driving at safe mode which we felt comfortable and their cars were very clean !!!! Will definitely engage them again
