I followed my husband to exchange money yesterday, and honestly, I didn’t expect much at first. We’ve been to other branches before, and the service wasn’t great 👎 the staff were slow, unfriendly..

But this time was completely different. Ms. Jenita served us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and really knew what she was doing. She was friendly, fast, and professional.

She made us feel welcomed and confident with our transaction. Staff like her are rare, hardworking, passionate, and truly valuable to the company.
