I tried my luck at this hotel months ago when I found myself stranded in JB. Bless the auntie at the receptionist, she immediately warned me not to stay at the hotel upon my entering.

I should've listened to her advice immediately, because the horror I saw when she showed me the rooms left me scarred to this day. The first room we encountered in the hallway was missing the doorknob, so she proceeded to lead me to the second room at which point she opened the door. And good lord, the first thing I noticed was the ceiling beam showing on the ceiling. Yes, there were NO CEILING TILES. All the ceiling had been removed, creating a bad horror parody adaptation of an 'open-space' concept. The walls didn't fare any better either, I caught a glimpse of dark stains on it and on other furniture in the room.

The auntie explained to me that the state of the room was a direct result of the OYO hotel company (at that point they were an OYO hotel franchisee, not sure about now) not providing enough funds to cover the maintenance costs, which struck me as pitiable. But no amount of sap story was going to keep me from running away.

Anyway, I left the place and never looked back. If they've split from OYO, hopefully they're doing better now. But most importantly, never again will I trust OYO. Seriously.

Dirtiest room ever in my life! Very bad condition ac not good,heater not working,the room is smelly and the worst thing is mosquitoes that never let you sleep ever. NIGHTMARE!

The place was extremely dirty and frightening. On the second day, we were scolded and evicted by the old lady due to their own mistake in not properly checking the online booking. We had to find alternative accommodation despite having already paid for two nights. The service was terrible, and the place was unsafe to stay in.

实际房间是这样的，老旧，那个冷气还有这样几十年前的😓，还好还会冷，只是有点吵，然后那些布质类东西都很多污点很肮脏了，还可以容易听见房间外面的人在交谈😓，看在服务人员态度还算可以，不然就打1⭐了。这个酒店应该是以前那种小公寓房拿来改的……就跟那个外观一样就是那种公寓房，性价比不行，给2⭐同情分

Kamar kotor. Banyak rambut. Berdebu parah. Check in bentar langsung check out. Nggak layak JD penginapan. Murah tapi nggak layak.

i dah beberapa kali check in sini.Malam.ni nasib malang..sampai dalam pukul10pm..FO cakap bilik.yg i booked full so kena tambah duit lagi sebab cuma ada bilik besar.Dah kalau full jadahnya kau open booking dalam apps.Ok i cuba faham.cuma yg aku tak faham.Kaliamak ko tak reti say "Sorry" ke kaliamak.ehh akulaa...aku dhla dri jauh oenat keje lagi.Sakit hati aku lah
