I had tried many travel company for all my private tours, and this is my first time hiring "Voyage Western" for my private tour, to one of the favorite country that lots of people like to visit, which is Japan.

During the discussion, Christine and Sammi from this company had provided me lots of information as well as suggestions patiently through out the process. Whatever's request we wish to have, voyage western team will try out their best to fullfil us.

One of the best part that surprise me is the hotel that they arranged for us, it was huge from what i thought. Before we fly to japan, we thought the room will be fully occupied after we open up our luggage, but all the rooms that we having through out the whole trip, was very spacious even with the lugage open up, as well as the there is space for small table and chair too!!!

With this package price that they offered us, thats was unexpected to have such kind of great service that had been provided.

Last but not least, they even often checking with us through out the journey to ensure everything was fine.

Just returned from a 5-day, 4-night trip to Phu Quoc, and it was an amazing experience! The entire itinerary was well-planned by Sammi, making everything smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.

Our chinese -speaking tour guide was incredibly friendly and responsible, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip.

Phu Quoc itself is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed every moment. If you’re someone who doesn’t have the time to plan a trip in detail and would prefer a customized itinerary with transport included, this is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation!
