Avoid using this courier. Where is my parcel? Status delivered but no item delivered? And who sent parcel at 6.30am?

Talked with customer service but its useless. Always forwarding the call until they hangup themselves. Never do follow up as promised. Its been 2 months but still never got one

Absolutely worst logistics provider. Perhaps in the world. Do not deal with them!!!
Lost my items back in July, now it's January. I had to call the internationally first checking for lost items and then for refund, each time they assuring me that they will call me back. Of course noone ever calls back. Very upsetting. Then, after promising to refund back in November, they dragged it out even longer (until now). And guess what? Refund amount is Wayyyy less than the claim they confirmed. Just the worst.

Experienced an air freight urgent shipment with them and their HOD Mr Siva was very helpful and he saved that urgent shipment all the way to Bintulu which was impossible and he made it possible . Great job!
