Teruk, saya terlepas flight gara2 pemandu, saya naik bas jam 2 petang dan sampai klia T2 jam 6.30 petang pada 2/12/2024. Saya selalu shj guna perkhimatan bus yoyo sebelum ni, biasa ambil masa 2-3 jam sahaja. Tpi saya tak faham kenapa hari ni terlalu lama pemandu bawa bas untuk sampai ke KLIA. Mohon improve perkhidmatan pemandu bas anda. Terima kasih.

I had a great experience with the bus driver just today 6pm bus from Ipoh to Klia he was incredibly kind and responsive and cheerful guy hope to meet this driver again when back from vocation 🙏

The driver and driving was okay, depart and arrived on time. The bus condition were kinda old and no usb port available.
It's the chair that's kinda annoying for me, it was really short stature compared to another bus chair design, so it was uncomfortable to fully stretch your legs as your feet would definitely bumped the underseat in front of you.

A pathetic service. Drivers just stand and look without helping passengers to load luggage. Have a bad attitude

Support service at KLIA(Janice) was extremely helpful and supportive

on 6th November , I was supposed to board the 3pm bus to ipoh but was held up and could only take the 4pm. The driver (I think Malay) was extremely indifferent and unhelpful and even refused to answer my questions and then directed me to an Indian guy nearby to ask about my query (who was helpful)

Disappointing service. Purchased tickets upon arriving at KLIA around 8 am for a bus departing at 11:30 am. Waited for over 2 hours at the airport, only to be told upon the bus's arrival that the seat was already occupied. My ticket included a seat number, and I'm puzzled how Yoyo sold the same seat to two people. If the seat is full, please inform earlier so that I can choose another bus and adjust my plans. This situation led to additional expenses and wasted time due to your mistake. And I needed to pay for it. Please ensure accurate ticket sales!!

From Aman Jaya to KLIA..... Nothing has changed since a review posted a year ago regarding the inconvenience of having to queue up to get boarding pass printed for $2.00 even from booking through Yoyo website. I personally find this process to be absolutely ridiculous, a waste of time and daylight robbery. Why can't tickets with barcode simply be issued upon booking and sent by email, this totally unnecessary step shows lacks of professionalism. Furthermore, no where in their website give such information, thus, causing me a panic upon arrival at the station this morning. So, allow sufficient long queueing time if you don't want to miss your bus! Otherwise, the ride was smooth and on time.
