Our driver was Mr Mike for 3 days. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and enjoyed sharing about the attractions we were going to. Communication with him was also very easy. Our group consisted of 13 pax and it was not easy to find a van big enough to fit all of us but thankfully we managed to find this company and the van used for the 3 days was very spacious and comfortable. They also assisted with our hotel transfer to the bus station for a reasonable price.
I highly recommend this company.

We recently did a 2 days relaxing, free and easy tour in Cameron in early August 2024 and I'm truly glad that I booked Nepenthes Travel and Tour for this. Booking is super easy and Mr Kathir is very patient to answer all my questions. Our driver, Mr Sagaran, is the nicest driver anyone could ever have. He is very friendly and patient and willingly accommodates the places that we want to visit while also suggested other attractions that I may not know. And he drove very carefully and safely too so we can be well assured. Since I'm with my 78yo father, Mr Sagaran is kind enough to occasionally keep an eye on my father and even takes the trouble to show us good and reasonably priced eating places. Overall, we had a wonderful and truly enjoyable and memorable Cameron trip and I can't thank you enough to Mr Kathir for the excellent coordination and Mr Sagaran in making it happened. I'm sorry that I didn't manage to get a picture but guys, if you need good and reliable transport and driver, please book Nepenthes Travel and Tour. Highly recommended!! ?

Booked a taxi the night before, for 9.30am the next morning. They told me they can’t do that time because there will be heavy traffic. They recommend 8.30am, so I agreed to it.

Come 8.30am the next morning, they text me at 8.31am, telling me they “can’t make it”. What kind of taxi service is this?

Anyways they say they’ll send someone else in about 10mins. So I wait, nothing. Then they send me the number of a taxi driver, and I get in touch with him.

He then tells me it will cost 40myr from Cameron Square to Tanah Rata Bus Terminal. The price we agreed upon was 35myr, he raised the price due to traffic. Was not my fault that they canceled and missed the window when there wasn’t any traffic.

They ended up bringing it down to 35myr, and I agreed. Anyways, what was supposed to be 10mins for a taxi that was already late, suddenly turned into 30mins. They were going to arrive at 9.30am, which was the time I originally requested for but was denied.

I ended up waiting outside my airbnb for almost an hour while they made me jump through 3 different phone numbers.

Thankfully, a random cab driver from another company came up to me and asked if I needed a taxi. I ended up cancelling with this company and going with him.

EDIT: company says we did not book through them, but the phone number that we used was found on their website.

If you’re booking with this company, just make sure you’re constantly on them. They seem to be very unorganized. Not the slightest bit apologetic either, and if I didn’t argue, they would not have honoured their original price. Very bad experience for us, especially when we had a bus to catch.

My friend recommended me this service and I’m really glad she did. The owner uses WhatsApp and replies quickly which is super convenient.

We had a wonderful trip around the Cameron Highlands. Our driver and guide, Mr. Maniam showed us all the highlights and gave us in a personal way very interesting background information. We made the reservation in advance and we were picked up punctually in front of the Cameron Highlands Resort. Absolutely recommended!!
